What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it does not store your details on a server.

The only thing saved in your browser is your light/dark theme choice (a small local setting that never leaves your device and contains no personal data). This is a strictly necessary setting and needs no cookie banner.

If you use the free demo form, what you type (your name, business name, website link and message) is put into a WhatsApp message or email on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to press send.

If you message, email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you tell us.

How we use your details

To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free demo
To build, deliver, host and support the app-style website and brand pack you order
To send invoices and, if you choose the Care Plan or a domain we register for you, renewal reminders

We don't sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you first.

Payments

Payments are taken by bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe. Card details are handled by PayPal or Stripe under their own privacy policies; we never see or store your card number.

Client websites we build

Websites we build for clients set no cookies and run no analytics by default, and each includes its own privacy page. The client is the data controller for enquiries sent to them through their website.

WhatsApp and email

Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Email is handled by your email provider.

How long we keep them

We keep your messages and project files only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or project, and for our normal business and tax records (up to 6 years for invoices).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@appsite.solutions. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Links to other sites

This site links to WhatsApp, our social profiles and example client websites. They have their own privacy policies.
