What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it does not store your details on a server.

If you use the quote form, what you type (your name, area and message) is put into a WhatsApp message on your own phone. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to press send in WhatsApp.

If you call or message us, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us.

How we use your details

To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
To arrange and carry out the job you ask for

We don't sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you first.

WhatsApp and phone calls

Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Calls are handled by your phone provider.

How long we keep them

We keep your messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or job, and for our normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Just call or message us on 07700 900 123.
